What is your returns policy? 

You can return all unworn apparel purchased from our online store within 30 days. We can cover the return shipping fees to our warehouse with the USA, UK and Canada. Return shipping is at own cost for all other markets.

Please make sure all returned products are unwashed, and in resale condition. Tags should not be removed from the garment.

Please note that we aren’t able to refund shipping costs.

You can exchange or receive store credit for unworn apparel purchased from our online store. Apparel can be returned within the first 30 days after receiving the product.

We can cover the shipping fees to and from our warehouse for the first item exchanged, any further exchanges will have an additional shipping charge. This applies to items shipped within the USA, UK and Canada. Return shipping is at own cost for all other markets.

When will I receive my refund for a returned product? 

Refunds are generally processed within 14 days from the time we receive your product back at the warehouse, please send an email to customerservice@innermettle.com with any refund queries.

Is there a fee to exchange or return a product?

We can cover the shipping fees to and from our warehouse for the first item exchanged, any further exchanges will have an additional shipping charge.For returns we can cover the shipping fees back to our warehouse for the first item. We're not able to refund shipping costs.
