(“Inner Mettle”) logos, names, trade names, service marks, trademarks, press kits, product photos, or any other photographs, videos and audios related to Inner Mettle, media assets, or other similar content made available by Inner Mettle via the URL set forth below (collectively, “Inner Mettle Content”) by any person or entity (“You” or “Your”) is subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”):

Permitted uses for downloads are:

• Reporting in the media, so long as those reports are legitimate and legal in their country of publication.
• Private study.
• Non-published research.
• To assist third parties engaged by the Company in fulfilling company requirements.

1. You may use the Inner Mettle content only as it is provided by Inner Mettle at innermettle.com/pages/press. You shall not modify or alter the Inner Mettle Content in any way. The Inner Mettle Press release Content can be reworded for the publication of news and articles in the media, as long as the original meaning is maintained.
2. Inner Mettle Content is the exclusive property of Inner Mettle. 6. Inner Mettle may immediately suspend or terminate Your right to use the Inner Mettle Content for: (a) Your violation of this Terms of Use, (b) Your violation any terms and conditions governing Your use of Inner Mettle’s services, or (c) for any other reason that Inner Mettle deems appropriate in its sole discretion. Upon such suspension or termination, You shall immediately cease use of the Inner Mettle Content.

7. You recognise and acknowledge that Your breach of these Terms of Use may cause Inner Mettle irreparable harm for which monetary damages may be inadequate. You agree that Inner Mettle shall be entitled to seek an injunction to restrain You from such breach or threatened breach. Nothing in this section shall be construed as preventing Inner Mettle from pursuing any remedy at law or in equity for any breach or threatened breach of these Terms of Use.

8. Inner Mettle reserves the right to modify: (a) the Inner Mettle Content and (b) these Terms of Use from time to time without prior notice to You.
